Working Principle:
PROAIR is a new concept of tumbling which provide various finishing results for different kinds of fabric.
With special designed venturi tube and high efficiency blower motor. PROAIR can provide a high speed suspend and transport for fabric. With serval times transporting, fabric will hit the stainless steel baffle repeatly. which help to achieve a high efficiency tumbling and drying result.
Finishing Result:
1. After PROAIR finishing, the towel have perfect hand feel with great softness, perfect bulkiness due to all piles raise up, greatly improv the water absorbency.
2 The towel fabric will have uniform pile direction after the drying process.
3. PROAIR can be used for home textile fabric, helps to achieve outstanding surface and super soft hand feel.
4. After air tumbling finishing, the fabric will be more anti-pilling than before.
